HTM LING MUSC PHYS
This course is designed to integrate students' culinary studies, and laboratory experience using food science, aesthetics, and sensory perception as frameworks. Innovative Gastronomy is an examination of taste, cooking methodology, ingredients, flavoring techniques and a study of the relationship between food, art, style and techniques.
A creativity-focused introduction to recording and editing audio, the art of mixing, using DAW software, using MIDI controllers and virtual instruments, multitracking, and composing for visual media.
Three-hour laboratory based on topics taught in PHYS 105 or 205. Strongly
recommended for students taking PHYS 105 or 205.
