An introduction to watercolor methods as a painting media. Still, life, landscape, seascape, and interpretative painting will be studied.

Course Learning Outcomes

Upon completing this course, students will be able to:

  1. Understand and demonstrate design concepts in watercolor.
  2. Become familiar with several techniques in watercolor and how to apply them to their own paintings.
  3. Learn how to see relationships involving shape, value, color, edge, and how to apply them to their own paintings.
