(ART 375) Printmaking-Screenprinting

Studio courses in screen printing with emphasis on paper stencil, drawing fluid and photo emulsion processes. Students are exposed to a range of techniques and concepts and are encouraged to investigate personal motivations while making multiple color prints.

Course Learning Outcomes

Upon completing this course, students will be able to:

  1. Understand concept development, working within constraints, along with the technical skills to run a screen print shop.
  2. Be able to analyze prints, distinguish printing techniques by sight, and describe them using proper vocabulary.
