(ENTR 483) Entrepreneurial Management
An intense, fast-paced course designed to help students learn how to make decisions. Students participate in two HBS case studies each week. Develop analytical skills to know if a venture has reasonable prospects, evaluating costs and benefits, and identifying risk, scalability, and when to exit.

This course is designed to help students learn how to make decisions that lead to effective action. Students will also develop the power to innovate with scarce resources by studying the skills of the Entrepreneurial Manager. Students should expect to learn how to do the following:
- Recognize opportunity,
- Marshal resources,
- Manage uncertainty,
- Scale the venture, and
- Harvest the venture or realize value.
