This course is designed to instill personal healthy lifestyle habits and attitudes that are complementary to the doctrine of the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. These personal health and wellness habits and attitudes may also be assessed to help plan and implement individual goals.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Understand how to assess personal wellness, create goals, and follow through with plans.
- Understand healthy nutrition choices, weight management skills, stress management skills, and other healthy habits.
- Begin to understand and incorporate a healthy lifestyle approach and relevant fitness and wellness issues.
