A continuation of ACCT 301 with an emphasis on working capital items, plant assets, equity securities, and stockholders’ equity, and related international issues.

Course Outcomes

1. General business environment is the setting where accounting principles are discussed and applied.
2. Understand difficult accounting transactions and research related to those transactions when complete multiple homework, quizzes, and exams that require critical thinking to understand the problem, apply the principles, and use critical thinking.
3. Be able to use Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer software to present and communicate course objectives.
4. Understand the value of ethics and integrity in the accounting profession. 5.Confidence in ability to learn new accounting principles and perform well on an individual basis.
6.PLO will be introduced, developed, and applied in another accounting class.
