Course Learning Outcomes
Upon completing this course, students will be able to:
- Gain an appreciation for the body as an instrument of expression, improve flexibility, endurance, coordination.
- Utilize the movements and methods learned in class to choreograph and teach dance routines to other students.
- Gain knowledge of appropriate warm-up and cool-down stretches, learn the PRICED method, track nutrition.
- Develop a story told through dance, that will touch, improve, inspire and change the viewer's life; a story to reflect the best values of BYUH.
