Course Outcomes
Students completing this course will be able to gain a better understanding of current international relations theory (including substantive fields such as conflict and cooperation, international institutions, and international economics), learn to argue and write persuasively through the completion a research design, and learn to communicate effectively through in-class discussion. Further, students will have the opportunity to develop logic and analytic reasoning skills through the development of original theories and hypotheses, and critical thinking skills through the analysis of various theories.
