Course Outcomes:
Upon completing this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate the ability to measure, explain, calculate and apply Isotonic (Dynamic) Strength, Isometric (Static) Strength, and Isokinetic Strength.
- Demonstrate the ability to measure, explain, calculate and apply Sprinting -"Horizontal Power", Jumping - Vertical Power, Anaerobic Cycling, Anaerobic Stepping, Anaerobic Treadmill Running.
- Demonstrate the ability to measure, explain, calculate and apply Aerobic Running, Jogging and Walking, Aerobic Stepping, and Aerobic Cycling.
