Off-campus service learning. Activities related to the minor and employment will be approved. Prior approval is necessary, a program coordinated by a faculty member and an on-site supervisor.

Course Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, a diligent student will:
Have knowledge of:
- Various components of theatre and performance (e.g. acting, lighting, sound, costuming, directing, etc.) [assessed through reflection papers and on-site supervisor’s evaluation]
Have ability to:
- Analyze the use(s) of the theatre and/or performance they are engaged in and the cultural context of that theatre/performance [assessed through reflection papers]
Have a disposition to:
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors of personal accountability, respect andlove for others, and influencing others to work towards a shared goal[assessed through reflection papers and on-site supervisor’s evaluation]
- Exercise discipline and resilience in building theatre/performance skills[assessed through on-site supervisor’s evaluation of attendance and professionalism]
