Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Demonstrate advanced fundamental skills in volleyball, including serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and digging, with consistent accuracy under game-like conditions.
  2. Apply offensive and defensive strategies in a team setting, including rotations, serve-receive patterns, and defensive positioning.
  3. Analyze game situations and make quick, strategic decisions during live play.
  4. Exhibit effective communication and teamwork skills on the court, demonstrating leadership, sportsmanship, and accountability. Evaluate personal and team performance using statistics, self-assessment, and peer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Understand and apply intermediate-level rules and regulations of volleyball in both practice and competitive play.
