Course Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate an understanding of the concepts and strategies associated with weight training by developing a personalized basic fitness program as a final creative project.
- Demonstrate a foundation of muscle strength by taking a muscle strength test. This test must be turned in to the instructor.
- Show participation and ability to follow a basic strength training program by submitting a completed exercise log.
- Demonstrate an understanding of why it is important for women to be physically active and participate in weight training.
