This course, Women in Scripture (Religion 390R), is designed to help students extract and apply lessons of discipleship by exploring influential women in scriptural texts (Old Testament, New Testament, the Book of Mormon, the Pearl of Great Price).

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will:
- Have knowledge about and understanding of the unique circumstances, challenges, and contributions of influential women in scriptural texts (Old Testament, New Testament, the Book of Mormon, the Pearl of Great Price) and how they illustrate gospel principles and discipleship.
- Be better able to ask meaningful questions to use appropriate tools and resources for answers, including revelation.
- Be better able to find answers to his or her own questions.
- Be more deeply converted to the Lord Jesus Christ (this outcome is not evaluated on an individual basis).
