This course covers all aspects of talent acquisition including recruiting candidates, interviewing candidates, making hiring decisions, promoting candidates internally, and addressing DEI issues in talent acquisition.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify strategies for establishing a diverse pool of candidates for a particular job opening.
- Determine the criteria needed to accurately assess candidates for a particular job opening.
- Practice interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.
- Determine competitive compensation and benefits packages that retain key employees.
- Create talent acquisition strategies on topics such as employer branding, onboarding, resource planning, and succession planning.
