(HTM 285) Leadership and Talent Development

This course inspires future business leaders and owners to find and develop great hospitality talent and teaches them effective operational management skills. Motivated, customer-focused teams are the heart of success in service industries. Emphasis is on leadership development, strategic thinking, company culture, organizational effectiveness, problem-solving, personnel management, and navigating the increasing cultural diversity of customers and employees.
