(HTM 399R) Experiential Learning in Hospitality and Tourism Management
This course is designed to provide HTM students with a structured framework for gaining hands-on, real-world experience in hospitality and tourism management. Students will have the opportunity to complete a pre-approved internship coordinated by a faculty member and onsite supervisor or engage in other pre-approved experiential learning opportunities that align with their career goals and interests. The opportunities may include pre-approved personal projects, faculty-initiated projects, pre-approved research projects, or pre-approved industry collaborations. Class credit will be awarded based on successful completion of and reflection on these experiences.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon the successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
