Students will identify an original research project, produce a formal proposal, review the literature, conduct research, and present preliminary findings in oral and written reports.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon completing this course, students will be able to:
- Conduct original research using methods pertinent to major discipline.
- Identify and utilize appropriate online as well as library resources.
- Write a publication worthy research paper using a professional format and style (APA or MLA).
- Present effectively in public.
